FULL FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE
Guidelines
The Office of Space and Scheduling assigned over 3300 regular session courses a day and time for their final exams in accordance with the 2008 Final Exam Planning Matrix. This matrix was used to assign an exam period to a course using the primary lecture session (not the recitation session), as specified in the planning matrix. For example:
GEO 2000 requires three sections, U01, U02 and U03, to accommodate three recitation sections. The primary lecture meets on MW at 10:00am and the recitation sections meet at 8:00am, 9:00am and 10:00am on F. The course would be assigned the exam period associated with a MW meeting pattern at a 10:00am start time which would be Monday, April 21st between (9:00am and 11:00am).
Special assignments were made to accommodate the following conditions:
1. Exam room different from instructional room (67).
2. Faculty teaching two courses starting at different times scheduled in the same exam block (12).
3. Common Exam (7).
4. Extended Time Period Exam (34).
5. Non Standard Start Time (100).
H. Hybrid Courses (70).
O. FIU Online Courses (21).
P. Pines Center Courses (68).
